The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a cozy cafe to enjoy some downtime. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Felix. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering helpful transport tips and local recommendations that made exploring the area so much easier. His friendly demeanor and dedication to providing the best possible experience made all the difference. The hotel looked very posh and stylish with art pieces like busts. The room had a Victorian themed vibe in the Romantic Suite. It was gorgeous and very sleek. It will give couples a romantic aura with a bath tub in the middle of the room. The staff are friendly and helpful and always offering their services with a genuine smile. Even if the weather was bad, staying in the room and ordering cocktails and enjoying the room environment seems great. There was even a free bbq night at the dining area to enjoy the food and festive mood.
