I will like to thanks to all the staff very friendly and very helpful, special the staff( driver)sending us until ferry terminal, He very kinds and more care about me and my husband and wait us until we get our ticket for other level and again send us to lobby terminal and help us to get the staff at ferry terminal to help us. Thank you to staff who sending us.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The romantic suite is pretty stunning in terms of the overall design and it certainly worth the price i was paying. The location is near to the pier so you can actually sleep till the last bit before heading out and catch your ferry.

Grand Eska Hotel Review: Excellent Service by Mr. Felix I had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Eska Hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel exudes a superb ambiance, offering a serene and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. The clean, well-maintained rooms create a relaxing space, making it easy to feel at home. The hotel’s facilities are top-notch, with a beautiful pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a cozy cafe to enjoy some downtime. The breakfast served every morning was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right. What truly made my stay memorable, though, was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Felix. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, offering helpful transport tips and local recommendations that made exploring the area so much easier. His friendly demeanor and dedication to providing the best possible experience made all the difference. If you're looking for a place with excellent service, great amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend the Grand Eska Hotel. FELIX IROTO a Front Hotel Bell boy. Very hardworking, helpful, responsible and respectful guy. We are happy with his present. Because of him, we enjoyed staying at Eska. Without him we feel reluctant to stay at Eska. I recommended numbers of my big family, relatives, and friends, they are satisfied with his great service and outstanding work performance. He really met the KPI as to that extent. Please give him credit for his truth and genuine work. The hotel looked very posh and stylish with art pieces like busts. The room had a Victorian themed vibe in the Romantic Suite. It was gorgeous and very sleek. It will give couples a romantic aura with a bath tub in the middle of the room. The staff are friendly and helpful and always offering their services with a genuine smile. Even if the weather was bad, staying in the room and ordering cocktails and enjoying the room environment seems great. There was even a free bbq night at the dining area to enjoy the food and festive mood.

I recently stayed at Grand Eska Hotel & Suites Batam and would like to share my positive experience. First of all, the hotel staff were very friendly and always willing to help. We encountered a small issue with our room door, which couldn’t open due to a weak battery. However, the hotel staff acted quickly by giving us a new room and even helped us move our belongings smoothly and efficiently. I’d like to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Felix, Ms. Prisca, and the rest of the team – your assistance was greatly appreciated.

It’s very unassuming from the outside but you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you enter. It has a certain charm that’s very becoming. The staff were exceptional! Especially a guy named Felix who keeps going out of his way to keep us comfortable. He deserves a raise. They all do.

All ok hotel very exclusive. Staff very friendly. Etc (Mr Felix) He was very kind and helped me because I was short of money.He also lent me his money first and took me to the nearest bank. Food also very nice . Hotel very clean. I will stay again in this hotel once I come Batam and ask my family & friend to stay here. This hotel also provide free shutter where u want to go. I very happy to stay here 🫰🏻

The decorations are beyond my expectations especially front office staff (FELIX) Fantastic service given to me as the driver is busy to go around Felix literally drove my family to the mall without any hesitation.👍👍👍👍👍Overall the food is nice 👍 The Ambience is so relaxing with nice music 🎵 with friendly staff from the bar love the suite room OMG.......Im definitely coming back again👏👏👏👏👏last is the suite room OMG the Pillows are THE BEST 👍 super comfortable.......Out of 10 I will rate this hotel 10/10 fantastic compared to Aston Batam 🤭🤭bad experience....My mum loves the ambience Soo much beautiful decorations 👏👏👏👏👍👍👍...Keep it up guys.To the management, I hope you will promote Felix as he deserved to be promoted 👏👏👏👍👍. Breakfast was good, facilities and location of hotel was good. All hotel staff are incredibly friendly and service was excellent. Blackout curtains kept the room really dark and aircon in the room was good.
